- Deposits and Payments
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- For weddings, evening shuttles, and graduations, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to make the reservation. The remaining balance is due within 30 days of the event date.
- Cancellations more than 48 hours prior to travel will receive an 80% refund. After that time, bookings are non-refundable. Changes to reservations will be accommodated as best as possible but cannot be guaranteed. Change fees of $20/change apply.
- The holiday cancellation policy is 7 days, starting from December 15 to January 6.
- Rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars.
- Liability and Damages
- The company is not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
- The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the rental by them or any members of their party.
- A fee of $750.00 for each carpet or seat burn.
- The sanitation fee is $1,000.00.
- A cleaning fee may apply if the vehicle is left in poor condition. Bodily fluid clean-up has a minimum $500.00 and up to $1,000 charge to compensate for cleaning and the vehicle being out of service. No exceptions.
- Prohibited Activities
- Alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited by law; any fines will be paid by the customer.
- The driver has the right to terminate the run without a refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
- It is illegal to stand through the sunroof.
- Smoking/vaping is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Violation may result in a $1,000 fee and termination of services on-site.
- Overtime and Waiting Time
- Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet.
- Waiting time for international arrivals in YYC: No charge for the first 45 minutes after the actual flight arrives, and 35 minutes for domestic arrivals. After those times, charges may apply from the vehicle’s hourly rate, plus additional airport fees.
- Waiting time for departure/point-to-point transfer: No charge for the first 15 minutes from the agreed pick-up time. After those waiting times, charges may apply (except for weddings, evening shuttles, and tours).
- Miscellaneous
- The company is not responsible for delays or termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions.
- The company is not responsible for articles left in the limousine.
- The company is not responsible for flight delays or cancellations. Your booking includes 45 minutes of wait time for flight delays. After that time, extra charges will apply at $65/30 minutes (Sedan & SUV) and $75/30 minutes (Van & Stretch Limousine). Unless prearranged, if a 2-hour flight delay occurs, we will depart, and all charges will apply.
- Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
- For every additional stop for transfers, a half-hour of the vehicle’s rate per stop will be charged (except for weddings, evening shuttles, tours, and washroom breaks).
- No downsizing of the type of vehicle booked is allowed within 24 hours’ notice for sedans and SUVs, and within 72 hours’ notice for vans and mini coaches.
- Amendments and Contact
- For free amendments in bookings, please email info@limoconnect.ca at least 24 hours in advance or at least 8 hours before pick-up time.
- Liability for Mechanical Breakdowns
Rockview LimoConnect Inc is not liable for any mechanical breakdowns, including flat tires, that occur during a charter. The company will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
- Termination of Services
The chauffeur has the right to terminate services without a refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
